We provide web design, development and ongoing maintenance services as described on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing before any project begins.

Website build fees and monthly maintenance plans are billed as agreed in your project proposal. Monthly plans renew automatically and may be cancelled with reasonable notice.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you, except for third-party assets and licensed components, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

Our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northframe Web Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
